Hi, I'm Conrad Tan and I'd love to assist you. My family has always been involved in real estate, international and local, since the 1980s.

 

I am a family man with two daughters. After working for more than a decade with financial institutions as an executive, it was time for me to have a more active role in real estate which I was also passionate about.

 

I hope that I can share this passion and business acumen with my clients. In the process, I hope I can inspire others, especially my daughters to follow their hearts when it is time for them to earn an honest living.  

 

Since 2006, my family has moved NINE times. We went from leasing to owning. Over the years, we have purchased three properties. A few times, we had to manage cosmetic and major upgrades to our home.
